All Fidelity Virtual Card (FVC) holders will have access to numerous exclusive discounts and benefits, accumulating points every time they stay in the hotel or use the Restaurant service!!!
Let’s find out how it works:
● Each euro spent on overnight stays corresponds to a point on the loyalty card.
● Each euro spent in the restaurant corresponds to two points on the card.
● Points can be accumulated on the card without time limitation.
● Upon reaching 490 points you will be entitled to a free overnight stay.
● It will always guarantee priority in the daily availability of the rooms.
● The gratuities accrued on the card can be converted, for the relative value of the overnight stay by convention, into discounts for business dinners and other events booked at our facility.
● The gratuities can never be converted into money.
● In the periods of July and August, outside the convention, the best rates available on the web will be reserved exclusively to FVC owners and subject to availability of rooms at the time of request
● 5% discount on the restaurant card
● 10% discount on bookings of summer stays with pension solution
At any time you can know the points situation of your FVC using the login data (user and password) provided at the time of issuing the card.
FIDELITY LEISURE
From 1 January 2020 you will receive a “Leisure Fidelity Card” where you can accumulate a bonus of 2 points for each Euro spent in the hotel.
The LFC has no time limitation but will be bound exclusively to the booking of a summer holiday (or a simple stay during the year), with the exception of the Easter holidays, the end of the year and the mid-August period.
The credit accrued on the LFC may also be “transferred to third parties”: this means that you can use your LFC to pay homage to a friend, relative, colleague and anyone interested in booking their summer holiday at the Hotel Promenade, in the event of being able to use it personally. Obviously the credit accrued on the LFC will be proportionally halved by 50% at the moment in which it decides to “scale” the gratuity / s on your business “Fidelity Card”.
The operation of the LFC provides for the right to take advantage of the best available rate when requesting a quote and your accrued credit will be separated from the total amount of the stay. An example: for a total cost of a stay booked at the best available rate of the day equal to (for example) € 1,200 and for a credit accrued on your LFC equal to (for example) € 350, you will pay for the holiday only a difference of € 850 !!!
The more points you accumulate on your LFC, the greater the holiday discount !!!

You can book your summer holiday at the Hotel Promenade as from 01/01/2020 by claiming the bonus accrued as a deposit.
